The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, which is responsible for ferries on national roads, announces rules for applications to extend the current licence for ferry operations on the ferry route national road 19 Moss-Horten in the period from 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2016 (the licence period). The national road ferry Moss-Horten transported 1 700 000 vehicles in 2012 and 1 600 000 passengers (excluding drivers), and is therefore one of the country's busiest ferries.
