Hire of temporary housing for homeless persons in Stavanger Municipality (Stavanger kommune)
The aim of the contest is to facilitate service recipients who will need temporary housing. Stavanger Municipality, c/o the NAV offices, is obliged under the Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation Act, Section 27 to find temporary housing for those who cannot do so themselves.
