The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for company health services (BHT).
The purpose of procuring company health services is to comply with the employer's statutory obligations under the Working Environment Act § 3-3 and related regulations, as well as to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for employees in these businesses through the purchase of company health services. The offer shall ensure good accessibility for all covered by the agreement.
