The contract is for the provision of canteen services for Riksrevisjonen's premises in Storgaten 16 in Oslo. The service includes running a canteen with breakfast and lunches, and food for meetings and events. Riksrevisjon currently has approx. 400 employees in the premises.

The procurement concerns canteen services for Vestland County (hereafter called the contracting authority), with the provision of canteen services in the contracting authority's new premises in Agnes Mowinckels gate 5, Bergen. The canteen services mainly consist of a daily lunch offer for employees, tenants, and their guests, in addition to providing food for meetings/events and operating coffee machines.
