Framework agreement Electronic communication and preparation of a new net site (Renovasjonsselskapet for Drammensregionen IKS (RfD))
RfD wishes to tender into a framework agreement with a consulting firm with expertise on network communication and use of electronic communication channels. RfD shall prepare a new net site and systems for electronic communication which reduce the requirement for paper.
