The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for increasing the production of recyclingable energy at nine of the county ฬs sixth form colleges. We would like to choose a contractor for the southern part of the county and one for the northern part of the county. The division is intended to be in Trondheim, where the Trondheim schools and south are defined south, whilst Malvik and the schools northward are defined as north.
