The expansion includes approx. 216 rooms, including restaurants and conference facilities for approx. 700-1 000 persons. The total area is approx.12 000 m. Due to the reconstruction in the interfaces between the new and old building, including the reconstruction of a new canteen kitchen to a new exercising room, adaptations in the adjacent driving culvert for load bearing of the room wing girders and accompanying emergency exit system, necessary upgrading of the technical infrastructure's capacities.
