2017-07-21Framework agreement; the purchase of Hygiene packages (Utlendingsdirektoratet — UDI)
All asylum seekers are receiving a start package with various cosmetics and body care products and hygiene articles (henceforth referred to as Hygiene packages) when they arrive at the first accommodated asylum reception centre.
The framework agreement shall comply with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration's requirement for Hygiene packages in normal refugee arrivals and possible for emergencies with increased refugee arrivals.
