The builder shall enter into a contract with one contractor for the execution of Contract E41 - Electro. Alver, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Vaksdal, Samnanger and Gulen Municipalities has established a joint ICT operation company named IKT Nordhordland kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap (IKTNH).
