Filing system for research data (Havforskningsinstituttet (The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research))
A new storage system for research data. It is decided to invest in new technology for the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research's vessels and computer centre. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research wishes to enter into an agreement regarding the delivery of required software and hardware for tape systems on vessels as well as a HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management) based filing system with a tape library at Institute's computer centre.
