A seawater based energy central Sistranda (VVS Rådgiverne AS)
A seawater inlet with a wet well at the waterside. The existing air-based heat pumps and 2 oil boiler shall be demolished in the heating plant at Sistranda and seawater switcher and a new fluid-water heat pump shall be installed. Building engineering auxiliary works and necessary expansion of the Central Control Plant is also included in the contract.
