A new elevated basin for drinking water shall be constructed at Nord-Tromsøya. This contract includes:
— Heating installations:
The heating installations shall mainly collect heat from the drinking water in the basin and, via a heat pump, raise the temperature sufficiently to provide heat to radiators, double jacketed hot water tanks.
