Tromsø Municipality invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a turnkey contract with a solution proposal, for the construction of eight rental residences with the accompanying outside areas.
The basis has been prepared and optimised as regards user aspects.
The development project is a 24-hour housing institution in risk classification 6, located in Roald Amundsensgate 8, in the centre of Tromsøya.
