Engineering design services for and the construction of a multi-purpose hall consisting of 2 playing courts for handball that can be changed to an elite arena for handball with mobile grandstands, total spectator capacity approx. 2 100. Ground floor area approx. 2 800 m², total gross area 5 550 m².
It shall also include a gym room, 4 sets of changing rooms, club offices, cafe with the accompanying toilets and other public areas. It is to be partly submerged into the existing ground.
