Large parts of the current interrogation systems are based on outdated technology. The systems are old and partly bothersome. This particularly concerns the storage and distribution of interrogations, both audio and video. All interrogations, whether they are in the interrogation room, or at the crime scene, are, in accordance with the Police Directorate's rules, burnt on a CD/DVD.
