Legal assessments in the work of the new Law on Nonprofit Welfare Actors (Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance)
The aim of the assignment is to get assistance with legal assessments in the ongoing work on a new law on registration of ideal welfare actors. The legislation is based on a proposal from the Stรธstad committee ฬs review NOU 2024: 1 Definition and registration of ideal welfare actors. Assessments are particularly needed of proposals for a definition and a registration system with different devices in light of EU and EEA legal requirements, with particular emphasis on the procurement directive and the โฆ Vis anskaffelsen ยป
