The Institute of Marine Research will invest in a new sample preparation system to achieve a more efficient, automated and improved sample preparation for analysis of contaminants and nutrients. Over 1000 samples are analyzed each year. Currently we use different manual and automated systems such as QuEChERS with dispersive SPE, ASPEC with SPE-columns and chromatographic purification using GO-HT system.
