Gjøvik University College has a strong focus on a viable material production and is in close co-operation with the Norwegian industry. The strategy of HIG is to comply with the Lisbon and Gothenburg goals, by establishing a national competence centre for Additive Manufacturing research, education and industrial utilisation.
