The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for project management and project work for the establishment of a stand-by council for satellite based services. Based on the Total Preparedness Report and as a part of the work of developing a long-term plan for civil preparedness, the NFD as responsible ministry shall establish a stand-by council for the area "satellite based services".
