Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: • Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. • Foreign companies: Certificate/proof that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Certificates/remunerations in languages other than Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or English must be enclosed with a certified translation to Norwegian from an authorised translator.

Qualification requirement: The tenderer, or other companies that the tenderer will use to fulfil the qualification requirements, shall. 1) not be a unit that is affected by the ban in the sanctions regulations of Ukraine § 8n. 2) Uphold basic human rights and requirements for decent working conditions. Documentation requirement: A completed "self-declaration integrity".

Documentation requirement: • Annual Financial Statements for the last financial year including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as any new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures. • An expanded report from a publicly certified credit rating company containing a credit rating of the tenderer - typically given with an alphabetic character or brief text, as well as an explanation of these. The contracting authority reserves the right to supplement the submitted documentation by obtaining other financial information, including (but not limited to) i.a. interim accounts or an extended report from a publicly certified credit rating company that contains a credit rating of the tenderer. The annual accounts and extended report from a publicly certified credit rating company can be submitted in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or English.
