Øvre Eiker municipality shall enter into a contract for mechanical winter maintenance work in the form of snow clearing areas. See the attached maps of snow clearing areas.
The objective of this procurement is to keep the municipal spaces accessible and safe during the winter half of the year. The tenderer must have suitable equipment adapted to the assignments at the different areas. The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall, temperature and weather conditions.
Note: the price of first-response assignments is fixed.
The tender contest is divided into lots for the different areas.
If a tenderer wishes to submit a tender for one (or more areas) the tenderer must then select the lot for which he wishes to present a tender and complete the price sheet for the relevant area.
The tender documentation and the agreement are common for all lots.
