The procurement is for the execution of winter maintenance (snow clearing, snow clearing, gritting, delivery of gritting, set-up, supplementing and clearing snow poles and other winter maintenance work) for municipal snow clearing areas in Harstad municipality. The snow clearing areas consist of municipal roads and any facilities in accordance with the area map. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the area and be able to offer complete services, in accordance with the procurement ́s purpose and contract terms, for the routes that the tenderer chooses to submit a tender for. The procurement is for 5 lots. Tenderers can submit tenders on one or more of the lots. Contract period

The contract period is 4 years with an option for 1+1 year extension.

The total contract length is up to 6 years.

The option involves a unilateral right for the municipality to extend the contract on the same terms.

The option will run automatically if the contractor has not been notified otherwise by 1 June in the contract or option year.

Start up autumn 2026.
