Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

This notice concerns approx. 23 vacant areas, including nine clearing areas (clearing places for municipal purpose-built buildings). The routes are distributed as follows: Zone North: 2 tractors and a small wheeled loader with milling (weight 5-8 tons) + 3 machines for the clearing area Centre: 2 machines for the clearing zone East: 3 Tractors + 2 machines for clearing zone West: 7 tractors and a small wheel loader (weight under 3.5 tons) + 2 machines for clearing this is the areas we know are available today. but there may be more available routes until next season. The clearance sections must have a wheel loader or tractor with front loader and an option for gritting. Tenderers shall not submit tender offers on specific routes, it is the contracting authority who will award the routes after the tender deadline has expired. As the areas are dynamic and changes can occur, the sections will be divided according to suitability, including the machine's suitability. The contracting authority always aims to divide the sections so that they generate approx. as many hours. The service provider is subject to driving routes to routes in some zones. Any are to be added to the price form. Tenders can be submitted for multiple machines, but each machine can only be used on one lot. See Annex 3 - Price and Machine Form. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject tenders that exceed the contracting authority ́s maximum budget per lot, which are documented fixed before the competition is announced.
