Klepp municipality will need the entire procurement, while Time municipality will have an option for parts of the procurement.
The contracting authority would like to procure a comprehensive and functional system for digital patient notification, safety alarms, sensor technology and response services. The system will communicate with alarms from safety and mastering technology at patients' homes and in residents' rooms in institutions and care homes. Employees will receive alarms on a mobile device, which can also be installed with other applications such as gate telephones. The system must be able to position patients living at home and residents in institutions. The system must be able to integrate with the municipality's patient journal system, rota system and AD.

Technology around the user must be organised so that the employee can easily identify and adjust the units, and the tenderer can manage units through remote management systems.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The government's standard agreement SSA-K can be extended by 1 year beyond the 3 years, while the agreement SSA-Cloud will apply for 3 years, after which the agreement is ongoing.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Good solidity is required. The contracting authority will collect credit rating via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no. The minimum score acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt's ranking and/or minimum B on the analysis Probability of Bankruptcy. Tenderers are expected to have familiarised themselves with recorded information about the company and on submitting the tender consents that this information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer’s economic situation. If the supplier knows that the requirement regarding the financial capacity to carry out the contract cannot be met via the credit information as specified above, this can be compensated for by the parent company or bank guarantee.
