Collection and transport of waste from households and cottages in Rakkestad municipality, and total collections from approx. 200 business subscribers. The contract also includes final treatment of the collected waste, but the transition to delivery to EAC means that this will be adjusted.

The contracting authority has the unilateral option to extend the contract for one year + one year.

The contracting authority has the unilateral option to extend the contract for one year + one year.
Weekly collection of food waste in the summer months as orders on invoice.
Weekly collection of food waste throughout the year for all household subscribers.
Collection scheme for textiles.
Flushing/cleaning of buried units when emptying
Collection of glass and metal packaging through a collection scheme
Collection of organic waste (garden waste) through a collection scheme
The contract also includes 4 service options, which are all stated in Annex 1.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate Foreign companies must present an equivalent certificate from a company register in the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity that secures fulfilment of the contract, including a minimum credit rating of A and a credit limit of minimum NOK 0.5 million. If a tenderer does not have a satisfactory credit rating, economic capacity can be alternatively documented in another way that the contracting authority deems appropriate.

If a tenderer does not fulfil the above-mentioned documentation requirement, other documentation that the contracting authority finds suitable for documenting economic and financial capacity can be accepted, such as a parent company guarantee or another guarantee/security.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A: The tenderer, with support from any sub-tenderer(s), must have relevant experience and competence from equivalent assignments, as well as access to adequate capacity to fulfil the contract.
B: Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality management system that is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, or has an equivalent scope, cf. NS-EN ISO 9001, and which is appropriate for the deliveries included the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A: Overview of relevant competence and general experience for the tenderer (company) within waste management.
A: An account of relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The account shall include a description of the assignment, contracting authority, value, date, name and contact data of a contact person.
A: Signed confirmation (declaration of commitment) from waste treatment subcontractors for available capacity
B: Documentation showing valid certification, ISO or equivalent.
B: If a tenderer is not certified, documentation must be provided showing a satisfactory quality assurance system.
