VOIS - Framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of fresh bakery products

VOIS - Vestfold Offentlige Innkjøpssamarbeid

VOIS would like to establish a 4-year framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of fresh bakery products on behalf of some of its members: Færder Municipality, Holmestrand Municipality, Horten Municipality, Larvik Municipality (excluding Larvik havn KF and Larvik kulturhus Bølgen KF), Sandefjord Municipality, Tønsberg Municipality, and Vestfoldmuseene IKS. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment as the contract is divided up into lots at municipality level (Færder, Holmestrand, Horten, Larvik, Sandefjord, and Tønsberg). I.e., a total of six tenderers can be chosen for the framework agreement. Other participants that are not municipalities will receive their deliveries and consumption from the lot/municipality where their delivery/reception places are located.
The contract is for fresh bakery products. Frozen bakery products and bakery products that are not fresh/newly baked are included in a separate contract for grocery products.

All the lots have identical documents/files except for the price sheet. Each lot has a separate tab in the same work book/file. For practical reasons, all the lots are gathered in the same 'lot (1)' in Mercell, so that a tenderer can submit a tender for one or more lots in the same process instead of potentially having to do this six times. Tenderers must state which lots they are submitting a tender for in annex '1.2 Tender Letter', and they must remember to fill in the price tabs in the price sheets for the lots that a tender is being submitted for.
