Ultrasonographic aspiration equipment for liver surgery for Western Norway Regional Health Authority

The purpose of the invitation to tender is to enter into a contract for the procurement of ultrasonographic aspiration equipment suitable for liver surgery, both open and laparoscopic, for Haukeland University Hospital (HUS) in Bergen Hospital Trust and for Stavanger University Hospital (SUS) in Stavanger Hospital Trust. The contract is divided into two lots. The University Hospital Trust of Northern Norway (UNN) shall have an option for delivery of equipment and equipment-specific consumables for both of the lots. There is considerable uncertainty as to whether UNN's option will be activated.

Contract period

A purchasing agreement shall be entered into for as long as the equipment is in operation in the hospital trusts.

The framework agreement for instrument-specific consumables shall be valid as long as the instruments are in operations at the hospital trusts.

Lots

The procurement is divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Ultrasonic Aspiration Equipment for HUS

Lot 2: Ultrasonic Aspiration Equipment for SUS

Tenders can be submitted for one or both lots.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Qualification Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement:

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a rating report from www.solidtet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS/Dun & Bradstreet) to verify that a tenderer has sufficient economic and financial ability to comply with the contract obligations.
