The turnkey contract is for the establishment of new premises for the Instrument Laboratory (I-Lab). The scope of the work consists of, amongst other things, detailed engineering design services, the establishment of premises for a new I-Lab and a new glassblower workshop, including environmental clearance and the demolition of existing premises, demolition of supporting constructions, and the new construction of the roof (roof terrace) over the I-Lab and glassblower workshop, asbestos clearance in the premises, as well as testing, training, and documentation.
The scope of the work consists of:
 Detailed engineering design services and necessary licences
 Establishment of premises for the new I-Lab, including environmental clearance and the demolition of existing premises
 Establishment of premises for a new glassblower workshop, including environmental clearance and demolition of the existing premises
