Requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Comparable assignments means deliveries of general TTO services to the university and institute sector. Documentation requirement: • Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. • The description must include the date, frame/value and recipient/name of the institution (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Requirement: The TTO must: 1) fall within the definition of the research and knowledge dispersion organisation in the Government Support Regulations: research and knowledge-dissemination organisation's means an entity (such as universities or research institutes, technology transfer agencies, innovation intermediaries, research-oriented physical or virtual collaborative entities), irrespective of its legal status (organised under public or private law) or way of financing, whose primary goal is to independently conduct fundamental research, industrial research or experimental devel opment or widely disseminate the results of such activities by way of teaching, publication or knowledge transfer. Where such entity also pursues economic activities the financing, the costs and the revenues of those economic activities must be accounted for separately. Undertakings that can exert a decisive influence upon such an entity, in the quality of, for example, shareholders or members, may not enjoy preferential access to the results generated by it; 2) ensure that the knowledge transfer company occurs in the manner described in THE EEA ́s guidelines for support for R&D point 20 b): knowledge transfer activities, where they are conducted either by the research organisation or research infrastructure (including their departments or subsidiaries) or jointly with, or on behalf of other entities, and where all profits from the activities are reinvested in the primary activities of the research organisation or research infrastructure. The non-economic nature of those activities is not prejudiced by contracting the provision of corresponding services to third parties by the way of open tenders. Documentation requirement: • Brief description of the organisation that shows that they fall within the definition of research and knowledge dispersion organisation in the government support regulations. • Brief description of the organisation's activities. • The description of 1) and 2) shall together be on a maximum of 1 A4 page.
