Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement:Proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have an economic and financial position that enables them to fulfil their contractual obligations throughout the entire contract period.
Documentation requirement: Credit rating report of the tenderer from a global credit rating agency or an agency with a licence in Norway (<2 months old).
Annual accounts for the last two years and the auditor's report on the accounts for the last two years. We will make a total assessment of the economic and financial position based on the submitted documentation. If the requested documentation is not available, the Central Bank of Norway can accept other documentation that it deems suitable and relevant.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have considerable experience from similar assignments. Documentation requirement: The goal is to document tenderers' experiences with relevant mandates/global tax advisory services. Documentation must be submitted for the following: A description of customer-like experience in the last two years, including the period and customers. In addition we request that information is given that supports this answer as free text. Please state this information specifically and individually for each mandate (maximum 2 pages or each mandate). - Tenderers must have sufficient personnel with the necessary tax and other professional competence that is required in order to give advice at the right time on tax questions for capital management for a large global investor. Documentation requirement: The goal is to document the adequacy of the tenderer's staffing capacity and competence in the relevant tax advisory services. Documentation must be submitted that shows the following (approx. number is sufficient for this purpose when necessary): Number of employees in the organisation engaged in the provision of tax advisory services. Number of administrators, investment funds, and/or administrators who have worked in 2022. In addition we request that information is given that supports this answer as free text. Please state this information specifically and individually for each mandate (maximum 2 pages or each mandate).
