Notodden Municipality will expand Sætre hall by extending the existing hall. The sports facilities in Sætre are located along County Road 3344 north of Notodden centre in Notodden Municipality in Vestfold and Telemark County.
The new hall is planned to be approximately 2250 m2. In addition, there will be alterations to the entrance area and some alterations to the basement.
The current facility will also undergo some alterations in terms of technical subjects and renovation of existing facilities.
The construction project will be executed as a turnkey contract with NS 8407 as the general contract provisions.
The purpose of the procurement is to improve access for Notodden Sports to good sports arenas.

The new hall is planned to be approximately 2250 m2. In addition, there will be alterations to the entrance area, demolition of the running track. The current facility will also undergo some alterations in terms of technical subjects and renovation of existing facilities. Supporting structure in steel with trussed beams and a sheet steel roof similar to the current hall. The external cladding/facade is to be executed with sandwich cladding on all new buildings. Alterations/renovation of parts of the cloakroom facilities in the basement must be included as two of the options.

The assignment is a turnkey contract which, among other things, will consist of the following subject areas (the list is not exhaustive):

- Responsible applicant

- Complete engineering work

- Excavation and foundation work

- Demolition work/alterations

- Building/construction/surface treatments

- Heating and sanitary installations

- Ventilation

- Electrical
