Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must submit a certificate for tax and VAT not older than 6 months, RF-1507 from altinn.no. In addition, tenderers must provide a valid bank guarantee for the entire contract and construction period + 3 months.
Norwegian tenderers must also submit a company certificate, while foreign tenderers must submit their approved registration in the industry register as prescribed in the country in which the tenderer is registered.
Tenderers must also submit a credit assessment/rating not older than 6 months from a recognised credit rating agency confirming that the tenderer is creditworthy

The function and relevance of the system must be able to be documented in accordance with the regulatory requirements, and this applies if tenderer uses their own system for documentation, quality and deviation systems.

The above-mentioned quality system must document environmental management equivalent to ISO 14001, EMAS, Eco-Lighthouse or similar for all tenderers that are involved.
As a reference, we request that one or more reference projects of similar complexity and with a similar price level/scope and technical systems to this tender are provided and made available for reference checks. The references must not be older than 3 years and the assignments must be completed.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Tender offers are subject to final approval of the concept, location and enterprise model from Stryn municipal council, cf. the decision.
Recommendations regarding the concept, location and enterprise model, and nomination of the tenderer, is scheduled to take place on 7 September 2023. Unless there are significant changes, this timetable will be used as a basis.
If the municipal council reaches decisions other than the Technical Committee's working group and the recommendations of the administration, this may result in the call for tenders being cancelled, changed or postponed.
