BBY currently has 65 heat pump installations and 5 refrigerating plants in 65 addresses. Of these sites, approx. 40 use heat pumps, whilst the remainder use district heating. The heat pump installations are used for heating flats and water, whilst the refrigerating plants are used for cooling ICT rooms, technical rooms, and waste rooms. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the service, operation, and maintenance of this portfolio, so that stable and energy efficient operation is achieved.
