The purpose of this call for tenders is to procure consultancy services with competence levels and in a scope that is necessary to fulfil the existing capacity and competence gap in the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's management organisation. This involves support for moving the management of aerospace materiel from the source system to SAP, support for receiving and delivering data from/to suppliers and customers, as well as related support in connection with the renewal of the ERP system.

The prioritised tasks are assistance with:

- Carrying out comprehensive management and planning of moving aerospace materiel from the source system to SAP

- Support for receiving and delivering data from/to the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's suppliers and customers

- Support for future materiel projects in the process of setting requirements for data deliveries

- Risk management from a technical and management perspective in the dimensions of materiel safety and availability

- Coordination of delivery work across organisational divisions and between different agencies

- Support the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's MATR TAD in connection with tasks related to the renewal and streamlining of the ERP systems on low- and high-grade networks

- Other assignments subject to the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's work managers

The consultant will co-operate with personnel associated with the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's MATR TAD, as well as line resources specifically within materiel management. The consultant will also collaborate with CYFOR in the Norwegian Armed Forces. The consultant is expected to participate in projects and working groups that are part of TAD's daily work.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency has a unilateral right to extend the contract for up to 4 years (1+1+1+1 year) corresponding to up to 8000 hours (option), up to and including 31.12.2027. This can be taken up in whole or partially.
