The tool will increase knowledge and awareness of sexual health and sexual behaviour, with a positive, holistic approach.
The tool is to be delivered as a service (SaaS).
One (1) tool will be procured. Tenderers can offer several tools, and the Contracting Authority will be free to choose the individual tools that are assessed to be the best according to the award criteria.

The tool shall contribute to increased knowledge and awareness of sexual health and sexual behaviour, with a positive, comprehensive approach. The tool shall be provided as a service (SaaS). One (1) tool shall be procured. The contracting authority has an option for up to a thousand consultancy hours for further development that are naturally connected to the service and which are in line with the objective of the procurement.
