Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract for continual service procurements (SSA-L) will run for 3 (three) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date.

The Contracting Authority has an option for up to one thousand consultant hours for further development that is naturally related to the service and in line with the purpose of the procurement.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 2: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual terms. A credit rating of “credit worthy” or better will fulfil this requirement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. It is the tenderer's responsibility to ensure that the credit rating is available by the tender deadline. Tenderers that cannot achieve a satisfactory credit rating, or that believe that the credit rating will give a false picture, can alternatively attach documentation to the qualification application that confirms that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. The contracting authority will decide what is adequate documentation.

K3: Tenderers must have experience from similar deliveries.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, including information on the contract value, the date of delivery or execution, and the name of the recipient.
Responses are to be given in Annex 3.
Requirement 4: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract. Capacity refers to available personnel with relevant expertise for the execution of the contract.
Documentation requirement: A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract. A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management during the last three years.
