We would like tenders for a service/tool that is engaging and gives a good user experience and is suitable for many in the target group. The contracting authority in the contest is the Norwegian Health Directorate. Norsk Helsenett is assisting the Norwegian Health Directorate with this procurement through their role as a service centre for procurements in the government health administration.
