Alarm systems shall be delivered, assembled, and installed for 70 technical booths, as well as an option for the delivery of further 30 technical booths.
Security systems shall also be delivered for 50 technical cabinets where toll booths are lacking technical storage rooms. This must be priced as an option.

The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
The contracting authority can obtain further credit ratings or other financial information such as, but not limited to, the annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

If a tenderer cannot refer to minimum three relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, documentation of relevant deliveries older than 3 years will be taken into consideration, however not older than 5 years.
