The learning the pupils is given during the school camp stay must be in accordance with the curriculum for the Knowledge Promotion Reform (LK20).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is
established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; providers from certain member countries may be required
to comply with other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation: Norwegian tenderers: Company certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises, Foreign tenderers:
Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed
the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation that the requirement is fulfilled: Tax and VAT certificate.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic ability to implement the contract.
Documentation:
Presentation of the company's annual accounts (most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, incl. auditor's report). The contracting authority
reserves the right to also request preliminary figures after the last annual report, as well as annual accounts for the two
previous year if deemed necessary.
For newly established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted.
Sole proprietorships must submit their trading statements for their
business.

Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation showing compliance with the requirement
A description of the tenderer's manpower for compliance with
the contractual obligations, whether they belong to the company or not.
Link to the school camp's website, for documentation of premises and facilities
Experience
Tenderers must have experience and good references from equivalent assignments.
Documentation verifying that the requirements have been met: Tenderers must provide a list of the 10 most important relevant assignments in the last three years, including
information on the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email).
The contracting authority's own experience can also be used as a reference. References will be contacted if needed.
