Open tender contest pursuant to parts I and III for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services within consultant engineer electro/RIE consultancy services. This procurement is for parallel framework agreements within consultant engineering services electro, for typical services within the RIE discipline. The work is to be carried out either according to the time used or as fixed priced assignments based on fixed prices. Hour-based assignments have a non-binding estimate of total approx. 400-500 hours a year for this discipline. The framework agreement will be signed with three -3- tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The framework agreements will be signed for 2 years, with a unilateral option for a 1+1 year extension, and have an estimated non-binding (see the detailed information) total value of NOK 2.0 million a year.

The framework agreements can be used by relevant departments, sections, etc., in Kirkevergen's and KfiO's administration for various assignments.

Parallel framework agreements for other consultancy services/consultant engineering services and construction management are planned to be signed through separate tender contests in separate notices.
Estimated scope/assignment amount:
All monetary amounts are excluding VAT. The framework agreements have a total estimated value of NOK 2.0 million a year.
The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
However the maximum total value of the framework agreements will not exceed NOK 10 million over four years. The value is not binding for the contracting authority.
Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise.
Tenderers must be aware that changes in the financial and/or political framework terms can lead to the estimated amount of assignments being increased/reduced.

4.3.1.
Tenderers must have expertise and experience within relevant consulting services, and have carried out assignments of similar nature, complexity/degree of difficulty and scope/size.
4.3.2.
Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability, including capacity and competent personnel for carrying out assignments in accordance with the tender documentation.
