Open tender contest pursuant to parts I and III for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services within consultant engineer building/RIB consultancy services. This procurement is for planned parallel framework agreements for typical consultancy services, including condition assessments and the preparation of sketch projects/detailed projects/tender documentation and the tender process, cost calculations for the RIB discipline. The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for small and large assignments in our churches and our other properties/buildings. The framework agreements can be used by relevant departments, sections, etc., in Kirkevergen's and KfiO's administration for various assignments.

The procurement is for planned parallel framework agreements for typical consultancy services,
including condition assessments and the preparation of sketch projects/detailed projects/tender documentation and the tender process, cost calculations for the RIB discipline.
All the properties are located in Oslo Municipality.
The framework agreement will be signed with three -3- tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
Parallel framework agreements for other consultancy services such as architect services and other consultant engineering services are planned to be signed through separate tender contests in separate notices.
Estimated scope/assignment amount:
All monetary amounts are excluding VAT. The framework agreements have a total estimated value of NOK 3 million a year.
The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
The framework agreements' maximum total value will however not exceed NOK 15 million over four years. This value is not binding for the contracting authority.
Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise.
Tenderers must be aware that changes in the financial and/or political framework terms can lead to the estimated amount of assignments being increased/reduced.

Tenderers must have expertise and experience within relevant consultancy services, and have carried out assignments of similar nature, complexity/degree of difficulty and scope/size

Tenderers must have sufficient
implementation ability, including capacity and competent personnel for carrying out the assignment in accordance with the tender documentation.
