This is based on a completed condition assessment which shows that the pipes are rusty / degraded after approx. 60 years in operation The work shalll be carried out while the hospital is in operation.

REQUIREMENT: The tenderer shall have the economic and financial capacity as described in the minimum requirements.
DOCUMENTATION: The Contracting Authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner: Last submitted Annual Financial Statement with notes including the auditor's statement. A declaration of any important events in the company that have taken place after the last submitted annual accounts. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. During the evaluation, the Contracting Authority will place emphasis on the tenderer who have profitable operations, positive cash flow in the last few years and positive equity.

An annual minimum turnover of NOK 4,800,000, for the scope covered by the contract.
Equity ratio greater than or equal to 10 percent.
Solvency is considered too weak if the total equity is lower than NOK 100,000.

REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must have sufficient ability to comply with the contractual terms.
DOCUMENTATION: Reference projects. The tenderer must submit documentation of 3 reference projects confirming compliance with the requirement. The documentation should contain information on; the Recipient of the delivery, the Duration of the contract, Annual turnover of the contract, Contact person at the recipient, Description of the delivery.
