The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into contracts for the delivery of rectoscopes, anoscopes and ligation instruments for haemorrhoids treatment at the health trusts in Western Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Vest].
Contracts shall be entered for the delivery of several types of systems related to rectoscopes and anoscopes. The lots are of varying proportions of disposable and reusable equipment, and some use an external light source while others will have a disposable light source integrated into the product.
We therefore encourage the tenderers to read Annex 2 - 'Kravspesifikasjon' ['Requirement Specification'] carefully to learn which lot t is right for the offered system(s).
Tenders that do not meet the minimum requirements for the lot for which the tender is submitted will be rejected
The tenderers are encouraged to ask questions if anything is unclear.
The estimated total value of the procurement is NOK 2,075,000 per annum (a total of NOK 8,300,000 for a contract period of up to four years).
The annual maximum contract value is NOK 2,386,250 (a total of NOK 9,545,000 for a contract period of four years). Maximum value allows for purchases of up to 15% higher volume in case the number of patients increases
