Suitability

Tenderers must have the following registrations and authorisations in order to fulfil the suitability requirement:

Tenderers must be registered in a Register of Business Enterprises, professional register, or trade register office in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity:

Tenderers must document that they have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Requirement: Tenderers must have good credit worthiness without a requirement for security.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Technical and professional qualifications of the tenderer.

- Tenderers must document that they have sufficient technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contract.

- Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients (names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses).

- Requirement: Tenderers must have a well-functioning environment management system.

Documentation requirement: Certification documents in accordance with national/international environmental management/environmental control system standard.

Or an account of an equivalent environment management/measures for the company will also be accepted.
