The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like tenders for a system for the registration and follow-up of suppliers to building and construction sites. Tenderers must offer the contracting authority a system (SaaS) for the registration of suppliers/contractors and their personnel and any sub-suppliers, which can also give a tool for the follow-up of them in the project implementation phase.
The system must fulfil the requirements for keeping overview lists in accordance with the builder regulations, and it must generate deviations to predefined conditions. Furthermore, the system must have systems for the follow-up of deviations and implementation of seriousness checks.
The contracting authority's requirements concerning the system are specified in Annex 1 - Requirements Specification.
