The purpose of the procurement is the purchase and operation of a future-oriented solution for a queue system for the Western Norway Pharmaceutical Trust [Sjukehusapoteka Vest HF], Møre og Romsdal Health Trust [Helse Møre og Romsdal HF] and the Central Norway Pharmaceutical Trust [Sykehusapotekene i Midt-Norge HF]. The contracting authority on the SSA-L contract is the Western Norway Pharmaceutical Trust, including equipment with associated maintenance. The scope of the contract is as follows:

Framework agreement

- Self-service kiosks with thermal printer and QR scanner

- Option for service level

- Option for digital signs regarding prescriptions

SSA-L

- Software (cloud solution, SaaS) for queuing with interaction with self-service kiosks, mobile devices, info screens (Loopsign) and digital signs regarding prescriptions. The software must be browser-based.

- BI solution for statistics

- Operation and maintenance of the software

- Option for special agreements with the following health organisations:

-- Møre og Romsdal Health Trust [Helse Møre og Romsdal HF]

-- The Central Norway Pharmaceutical Trust [Sykehusapotekene i Midt-Norge HF]

-- St. Olavs Hospital Trust

-- North Trøndelag Health Trust

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from signing. The contracting authority can extend the framework agreement at the end of the contract period for up to 1 year at a time (for a maximum total contract period of 4 years). The SSA-L contract applies for 2 years from the delivery date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date.
