NKS110 needs one system to receive, store, analyse, process, and admit access to logs from all systems. NKS110 also needs to strengthen NKS110's ability to detect, analyse and manage digital events, applications, services, systems and the infrastructure.

The purpose of the contract is that all future control centres for the 110 emergency phone number shall include:
- A joint system for collecting, storing, analysing, processing and making available log data and
- A partner who can detect and analyse digital events, applications, services, systems and the infrastructure, as well as assist with the management of the digital events.
The tenderer shall assist with operating procedures, reporting and meeting structure for the system, as well as the establishment of a joint CSIRT.
Varighet: 48 måneder

The contract will be valid for 4 years from the delivery date given in SSA-L (the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement), with an option for an extension for 2+2+2+2 years.
