The aim of the procurement is to join up with a expert project manager to manage the project with the procurement and implementation of a new communication system (KOM) and the implementation of a new case management system (SAK). Furthermore, the contracting authority will have an option to expand the assignment to manage the implementation of systems for an alarm management tool (AHV) and a customer relation system (CRM).
