Procurement of the labour-market initiative Follow-Up

NAV Møre og Romsdal would like to procure the labour market measure Follow-Up for persons who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The follow-up will give assistance with the goal being that participants obtain and/or keep paid work. The goal is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitate work at the workplace, in order to facilitate a transition to employment and ensure that jobs are kept.

Attention is drawn to the fact that many of the NAV offices carry out extended follow-up themselves, which can be a relevant offer for users with an expected need for multidisciplinary cooperation in the NAV office and/or with the Technical Aids Centre, the child welfare service, the fast mental health help team, and/or the municipal health service.

Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Foreign Tenderers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial ability to execute the contract.
Credit rating from an officially approved credit evaluation institution. The evaluation must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past three years.
The company's last annual report including the auditor's report to relevant public authorities in the country where the tenderer is established, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre in Norway, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
