The project has the following general aims

- Performance goals

-- Safe and good patient treatment

-- Electronic system that supports health personnel in the efficient treatment of patients

- Effect measures

-- Reduce errors and double registration

-- Increase the quality of registering patient data

-- Increase patient safety with easier access to historical monitoring

-- Increase efficiency in documentation of foster monitoring. The procured system must support the process for foster monitoring in pregnancy and birth. It will be a trade system for doctors and midwives who follow-up pregnancies in outpatient clinics and during births in the maternity units in the health trusts in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority. The system will cover the following main processes.

- Monitoring in pregnancy

- Monitoring during birth

- Assessment and follow-up after birth

Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements.

Credit rating from a recognised credit rating agency that is described as credit worthy without requirements for security, or better score.

Credit assessment based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
