Glåmdal Interkommunale Renovasjonsselskap hereby invites relevant tenderers to a tender contest for the procurement of single and dual containers for waste collection. The contest is for a contract for a batch of approx. 10,000 wheeled waste containers for the start-up of food waste collections. The number of containers is an estimate and cannot be seen as binding, hence the framework agreement. There will also be a need for supplements of containers that are not part of GIR's existing framework agreement until 31 December 2024.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The financial implementation ability is required that will give the contracting authority assurance of a solid and secure delivery in the contract period.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating equivalent to score A (credit worthy) or better, measured on the Bisnode Norge AS AAA rating system, or equivalent score from other reputable credit rating agencies. The rating must be based on the last known accounting figures and it must be carried out by a credit information agency with permissions thereof.

Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.

Tenderers must have the organisation, site and equipment as well as adequate human resources necessary to carry out the assignment as described in the tender documentation. All contact persons and all personnel in contact with the Contracting Authority shall at least be able to communicate in English, but should preferably be in command of a Nordic language.

Tenderers must provide a complete description of the overall organisation (current and planned), including an organisation chart and job descriptions concerning responsibility, authority and collaboration.
The skills of any key personnel already affiliated to the tenderer. A description of the skills required for any planned future personnel performing key tasks.
A description of any subcontractors and the skills, plant and equipment capacity, responsibility and assignments that they will possess.
